No-Bake Paleo Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter (without stabilizing oils)
1/2 cup white-pulp coconut flour
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup with a fork.
Continue incorporating with a non-stick spatula until well combined.
Drop peanut butter balls onto prepared baking sheet using a small cookie scoop (or simply use your hands to form the balls).
Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Or freeze for up to 2 months.
